Digital Service Nature
B1G Player subscriptions are digital services. Once login credentials (username and password) are generated and delivered to the customer, the service is considered activated and delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Login credentials were not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
- The service is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after subscription activation
- Temporary service interruptions or maintenance periods
- Issues caused by the user’s internet connection, ISP, or device
- Failure to use compatible devices as listed on our website
- Account sharing violations
- Third-party app compatibility issues on non-supported devices
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide your order details and reason for the refund request
- Allow our team to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue first
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund decision will be made
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.
Trial Option
We recommend purchasing a 1-month plan first to test our service before committing to a longer subscription period. This reduces the risk for both parties.
